Friday – April 17, 2015 – 8:00p. – 10:00p. – The Concert Space at Beethoven Piano – CLARINET RECITAL: SARAH A. COHEN & JEFFREY HODES – 211 West 58th St. (between Broadway & 7th Ave.) – 10019. Sarah A. Cohen – www.sarahacohen.com. Sarah & Jeffrey lead very full lives integrating their work schedules & music (Sarah is a graphic designer & Jeffrey is a software engineer). They both are clarinet students of Jo Ann Sternberg, to whom they attribute much of their appreciation of music. Sarah & Jeffrey both perform in many ensembles in the New York City area including the Brooklyn Wind Symphony & Park Avenue Chamber Symphony. Performers for this concert: Sarah A. Cohen (clarniet) – Jeffrey Hodes (clarinet) – Robyn Quinnett (violin) – Ravenna Tipchik (violin) – Jocelin Pan (viola) – Mitchell Lyon (cello).
PROGRAM: Mozart Clarinet Quintet (Sarah) & Brahms Clarinet Quintet (Jeffrey).
