Wednesday – June 3, 2015 – 8:00p. – 10:00p. – The Concert Space at Beethoven Piano – FREDERICKA KING SOLO PIANO CONCERT – 211 West 58th St. (between Broadway & 7th Ave.) – 10019. Fredericka King – www.frederickaking.com – acclaimed pianist, historian & lecturer, performed her debut at Carnegie Hall (Weill Recital Hall)in February 2014 to help celebrate its’ 25th anniversary. Additional recitals have been performed in Europe, South America & the United States. Ms. King’s work has included appearances as a soloist with several New England orchestras & soloist / collaborative artist at the National Gallery of Art, Grace Cathedral in San Francisco (CA)& the Millenium Stage at the Kennedy Center (Washington, D.C.). Ms. King has been a featured artist on television / radio stations WGBH (Boston MA), WVPR (Vermont)& WGMS (Washington, D.C. area).
PROGRAM – compositions by Scarlatti, Mendelssohn, Brahms & Chopin. Doors open @ 7:30p.
